Privacy Notice

This notice explains how AGOL Worldwide ("AGOL", "we", "us") handles personal and business data when you use the Global Trade quoting and shipment portal hosted at gtquotes.agolworldwide.com (the "Portal").

Who the Portal is for

The Portal is an internal operations tool used by AGOL Worldwide staff and authorised partner brokers to quote, manage, and track international freight and Global Trade (Importer/Exporter of Record) shipments. It is not a consumer-facing service.

Authentication

Access requires a Microsoft 365 work account issued by AGOL Worldwide or an authorised partner organisation. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft via the standard Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL). AGOL never sees or stores your password — Microsoft handles credential verification entirely on its own infrastructure at login.microsoftonline.com.

What data the Portal processes

• Account data — your name, email address, and tenant ID, returned to the Portal by Microsoft after sign-in.
• Customer records — company name, contact details, addresses, and tax identifiers entered by AGOL staff for customers AGOL serves.
• Quote and shipment data — origin, destination, commodity, weights, dimensions, declared values, HS codes, and pricing entered by staff to produce quotes and shipping documents.
• Operational documents — commercial invoices, packing lists, and similar shipping paperwork uploaded by staff for OCR/parsing during quote intake. These are processed in your browser and the resulting structured fields are saved to AGOL's SharePoint tenant.

The Portal does not collect end-consumer data, marketing identifiers, advertising cookies, or behavioural analytics. The Portal does not use third-party advertising networks.

Where data is stored

Customer, quote, and shipment records are stored in AGOL Worldwide's Microsoft 365 tenant — specifically, SharePoint lists owned by AGOL. Authentication tokens issued by Microsoft for your session are kept in your browser's local storage so you don't have to sign in on every page load.

Third-party services

• Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — authentication, Microsoft Graph API access, and SharePoint storage. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Azure Static Web Apps — hosting and TLS termination.
• cargo.one — when staff search live air cargo rates, the Portal opens cargo.one in a separate tab/iframe with shipment parameters (origin, destination, weight, dimensions). cargo.one operates under its own privacy notice. Personal data is not forwarded.
• jsDelivr / Cloudflare CDN — JavaScript libraries (MSAL, jsPDF, Tesseract.js, pdf.js, JsBarcode) are loaded from public CDNs.

Cookies

The Portal does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Microsoft may set authentication cookies as part of the sign-in flow on its own domain.

Retention

Customer, quote, and shipment records are retained in AGOL's Microsoft 365 tenant for as long as required for AGOL's freight forwarding, customs, and trade compliance recordkeeping obligations under U.S. and international regulations.

Your rights

If you are an AGOL Worldwide customer or staff member and wish to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, contact jorge.medina@agolworldwide.com. AGOL responds to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Authentication is brokered by Microsoft. The Portal applies a strict Content Security Policy and does not embed third-party trackers. Vulnerability reports are welcomed at the address in /.well-known/security.txt.
